The commission applies to the net value of sales made through Ultra Guest — upsells, upgrades and extra nights, in-room and restaurant orders, experiences and bookings.
Net means after refunds and cancellations, and without VAT, service charge or tips.
Tips are never commissioned. They go to your team.
When your hotel collects the payment — through your own gateway or at the property — the commission is deducted from any balance Ultra collected for you, and only the rest is invoiced.
Sales you make outside Ultra Guest are never commissioned.
Every plan includes AI concierge conversations for each room, every month. A conversation is a guest chat that gets an AI reply, counted once per day.
The allowance is a monthly limit, not a meter: there is no overage bill. When it is used up, the concierge hands guests to your staff inbox until the 1st of the next month, and the app, ordering and checkout keep working.
